Gary Hammer

President and Chief Executive Officer

Gary has served as President and CEO of Ceton since its inception. He sets overall strategy and direction and is responsible for all business and financial aspects of the company, including strategic planning, product development and business development. Gary looks for long-term opportunities to strengthening Ceton's core technologies and product offerings while supporting innovation of new technologies. Gary graduated from the University of Missouri at Rolla with a B. S. degree in Chemical Engineering.

Ed Graczyk

Chief Marketing Officer

Ed has the easiest job at Ceton, telling the world about the amazing technology his colleagues have developed! As Chief Marketing Officer, he is responsible for product marketing, branding, marketing communications, media relations, advertising and all the other tools we use in our marketing toolbox. Prior to working with Ceton, Ed spent sixteen years at Microsoft where he was most recently Director of Marketing for the Microsoft TV business and was a key executive helping establish Microsoft as the leading producer of software delivery platforms for digital television worldwide. Ed graduated from the Boston College Carroll School of Management where he triple majored in marketing, computer science and economics.

Pam Hammer

Director of Corporate Development

Pam leads Corporate Development efforts for Ceton worldwide. Her primary focus is identifying strategic partnering opportunities with innovative companies across the PC, consumer electronics, digital media, and TV distribution ecosystems. In addition to her responsibilities in corporate development, Pam is also Ceton’s de facto chief administration officer and manages the company’s operations and administration functions.

James Hammer

Vice President of Systems Design

As Vice President of Systems Design, James manages Hardware Systems Design Engineering for both RF analog and high speed digital systems. A highly-skilled electrical engineer and hardware designer, James is responsible for R&D design and manufacturing as well as industrial design for Ceton’s product lines. He also works with key partners and industry leaders and is responsible for helping drive the company's technology innovations and strategy. James graduated from the University of Washington with a B. S. degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Analog Circuit Design.

Jeremy Hammer

Vice President of Systems Integration

As Vice President of Systems Integration, Jeremy is responsible for the technical architecture of Ceton's advanced technologies. Among other things, he is responsible for the design, verification and implementation of the company’s innovative, patent-pending M-Card DRM Processor, which is at the core of Ceton’s solutions. He also works closely with leading industry partners on the integration of Ceton's technologies with third-party solutions. Jeremy holds a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Washington.

Alex Faucher

Vice President of Software Development

Alex is Ceton’s Vice President of Software Development and is the lead Software Engineer for integration of the company’s products with Windows Media Center. Alex graduated from the University of Washington with a B. A. degree in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics.

Austin Foxley

Vice President of Research and Development

As Vice President of Research and Development, Austin is the lead Software Engineer for the integration of Ceton’s solutions with Windows Media Digital Right Management (WMDRM) as well as Zenith Electronics’ Pro:Idiom encryption platform for the hospitality market. He is an expert in Linux and is responsible for the extensive APIs and drivers used in Ceton’s solutions. Austin also manages the company’s advanced research and development efforts, identifying and developing new technologies to expand the company’s product offerings. Austin graduated with a B. S. degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Washington.
